Have you ever been on the road, realized you don't have somebodies contact details in your smartphone's address book, but you can see it via the corporate application, and stupidly have to right the number down and then call the person by typing the number back in? A good mobile application allows the user to copy contacts between applications and the address book with ease, not rely on paper and pen!
